Autosport International 2018

GBE visited Autosport International this week, it's a fun show and it's great to meet our suppliers and some of our customers!

In this blog, we are going to look at some of our highlights.

For James, the star of the show was Baggsys GT-R: 

Look at the size of the turbo! A Garrett GTX4718R! What a monster!

Finally, for the race cars, we got to see the Ginetta LMP1 Car in the flesh for the first time:

We really hope this does well as the FIA WEC looks a bit boring with only the Toyotas in LMP1. Let us hope the LMP1 privateers can compete for race wins, it'll be cool to see the Ginettas duking it out with Toyota, Dallara and maybe Oreca too!

From the road car side, I think the star of the show has to be Shmee150's black AMG GT-R.

And I suppose it wouldn't be an Autosport show without a special Ferrari:

In this case, an FXXK Evo. A LaFerrari based prototype track day weapon. What a machine. Can you think or a more effective track day toy?! Ok, the 4 million quid price tag might be a problem.....
